Two photos, not one

The generator maps one face to each role. A photo with both of you in it gives the model two faces for one slot, and it may mix them up. Crop each person out of a shared photo, or pick two separate photos:

  • One person per photo, facing the camera, with even light.
  • Waist-up if you want your outfit in the video; a tight face crop leaves clothes to chance.
  • No sunglasses, masks or heavy beauty filters.
  • JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB each, with the shorter edge at least 300 px.

Avoid the two faces blending

Two people in one AI video can occasionally swap features. To keep you apart:

  1. Use photos where you look different: hair, clothing colour and background.
  2. Take both photos in similar light so neither face is much darker.
  3. Use Seedance 2.5 (the default) or Seedance 2.0; Mini is cheaper but holds likeness less well.
  4. Test a 10-second clip before the 30-second version.

Questions and answers

Can I upload one photo with both of us in it?

No. Each photo should show one person. Crop your couple photo into two images, one per face, or use two different photos.

Who should be on the keys?

Put the calmer, deadpan one in Photo 1 at the keyboard and the more expressive one in Photo 2, because Photo 2 gets the big close-up at the end.

Can we do it with three people?

No. The scene has exactly two roles, so it takes two photos. Some community remakes on TikTok add a third person, but this generator recasts the two performers.

Will we both look like ourselves?

Exact likeness is not guaranteed. Faces can drift in the close-up and around cuts, and two similar-looking people can blend. Clear front-facing photos and different outfits help.

Can we swap roles after generating?

Use Swap photos and generate again. Each generation is a new video and is charged separately; failed ones are refunded.

Is it a good gift or anniversary surprise?

Yes, as long as both people agree to appear in it. A 30-second video includes the walk-off ending, which works well as a reveal.
