Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

DanseAI is an entertainment video tool. You upload two photos and our AI video models recreate a fixed, light-hearted dance-meme template with them, with the template's soundtrack added. You cannot write your own prompts or choose other scenes. DanseAI is not a face swap or voice cloning service and does not synthesise anyone's voice. All videos are AI-generated, and videos made on free accounts carry a visible watermark.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not use the service to create, upload or share:

• Sexual / NSFW content, including nudity and sexually explicit or suggestive material.
• Violent / gory content, including graphic violence, self-harm, or content that threatens or incites violence.
• Hate speech that attacks or demeans people based on a protected characteristic.
• Child-unsafe content (CSAM), including any sexualised depiction of a minor or photos of minors uploaded without a parent's or guardian's consent.
• Deepfakes or impersonation, including videos of a real person without their consent, videos of public figures, or any video used to deceive, defame, harass or defraud.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, likeness or privacy rights, including photos you do not have the right to use.

You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove the watermark or present AI-generated videos as real footage.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or to bypass our safety measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Content Moderation, Reporting and Enforcement

Uploaded photos and generated videos are screened by automated safety systems, and refused requests produce no video and are refunded. Reports are reviewed by a person. To report a video or an unauthorized use of your image, email support@danseai.com or use the support button on any page.

If you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may warn you, remove the content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate your account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Details, response times and the appeal process are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You confirm that you have the right to use each photo and that everyone shown in it has agreed to appear in the video. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
