Is Alors on Danse AI free? What costs credits and what doesn't
Partly. Uploading photos and seeing the price are free; generating a video uses credits, from 6 credits for 5 seconds at 480p. Accounts that have never paid download the full-length MP4 with a moving watermark. Any purchase, including the $5 trial pack (24 credits, one 10-second 720p video), removes the watermark from every video in your history, including earlier ones. Failed videos are refunded.

How the watermark works
Videos made on an account that has never made a purchase carry a moving watermark. DanseAI keeps a clean original of every video under its own random file name, never linked anywhere. After any purchase, including the $5 trial pack, the same download link serves the clean file, for new videos and for every video already in your history. There is nothing to regenerate.
Refunds for failed videos
You are charged once per finished video. If the model fails, the photo is not accepted or the render does not finish, the credits for that video are returned automatically. A finished video can still have visual flaws, such as a face drifting in the close-up, so watch it before posting. See troubleshooting for fixes.
Why "free" usually means preview, daily credits or a watermark
Running a video model costs money for every second rendered, so Alors on Danse AI tools recover it in one of three ways:
