Alors on Danse CapCut template or AI generator? (And why there is no filter)
Three different things share the name Alors on Danse. CapCut templates with that title are mostly edits of the 2021 TikTok dance trend or photo slideshows set to the song. The two-person white-studio meme, where one person plays the keyboard and the other hypes the camera, is made by an AI video generator from two photos. There is no live TikTok or Instagram filter for it.
Three things called "Alors on Danse"
| What people mean | What it is | How it is made |
|---|---|---|
| The 2021 TikTok dance trend | A slowed version of the song with a group dancing in sync, which people parodied | Filmed or edited; CapCut templates recreate the edit |
| Photo slideshow templates | Your photos cut to the beat of the song | CapCut template with replaceable photo or clip slots |
| The Alors on Danse AI studio meme (2026) | Two people in a white studio: one on the mini keyboard, one hyping and leaning into the camera | AI video generator from two photos |
If you want the white-studio duo with your own faces, you need the third.
What CapCut "Alors on danse" templates actually do
A CapCut template is a finished edit with replaceable slots. You drop in your clips or photos, and the template keeps its timing, transitions, text and music. Depending on the template, it asks for one clip, several clips or a set of photos. It does not generate new movement: if a photo goes in, a still photo with effects comes out.
CapCut template vs AI generator
| Feature | CapCut template | AI generator (DanseAI) |
|---|---|---|
| Input | Your clips or photos, number varies by template | Exactly two photos, one per role |
| Both people move and perform | Only if you filmed them | Yes, generated from the photos |
| Recreates the white-studio keyboard scene | No | Yes, from a reference clip |
| Pets | Only as photos or clips | Yes, as upright characters |
| Soundtrack | Template music | Reference soundtrack added to the MP4 |
| Captions, trims, transitions | Excellent | Not included; edit afterwards |
| Cost | Usually free | Credits, from 6 per video |
| Best for | Editing and packaging | Creating the duet itself |
Is there a TikTok or Instagram filter?
No. Live filters track one face in your camera and draw effects on top. The Alors on Danse AI meme replaces two whole performers, keeps their outfits, choreographs both bodies and moves the camera into a close-up. That needs a video model and a few minutes of rendering, not a real-time filter. Videos that look like a filter result were generated first and then posted.
The workflow creators use
- Generate the duet in 9:16 at 1080p where the model offers it (Seedance 2.0, 2.5 or MiniMax H3). Start with 10 seconds.
- Download the MP4. It already includes the soundtrack.
- Open it in CapCut to add captions, trim, or join it with a reaction clip.
- Post it, labelled as AI-generated. If you prefer, mute the clip and add the platform's official "Alors on danse" sound.
When CapCut is the better choice
- You already filmed yourselves dancing and only want an edit.
- You want the 2021 group-dance format with real footage.
- You want a photo slideshow to the song, not a performance.
For the two-person studio scene with your own faces, use the generator.
Questions and answers
Is Alors on Danse AI a filter?
No. A filter tracks one face live in your camera. The studio meme re-renders two whole bodies, their moves and a camera push-in, so it is made by an AI video model from two photos, not by a filter.
Can a CapCut template make both people dance from photos?
A template places your photos or clips into a fixed edit with effects. It does not make two people perform the keyboard scene. For that you need a reference-to-video AI generator.
Can I edit the DanseAI video in CapCut?
Yes. The download is a standard MP4 with sound, so you can import it into CapCut to add captions, trim it or join it with other clips.
Which aspect ratio should I use for CapCut and TikTok?
Vertical 9:16, the default. It matches TikTok, Reels and Shorts and follows the vertical reference clip most closely.
Does editing in CapCut remove the watermark?
No. The watermark is part of videos made on accounts that have never paid. Any purchase unlocks the clean original of every video in your history.
Is DanseAI affiliated with CapCut or TikTok?
No. DanseAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with CapCut, TikTok, ByteDance, Stromae or Jamel Debbouze.
